Film Festival

The InterFaith Conference will be inaugurating the first Annual InterFaith Film Festival of Metropolitan Washington in the near future. Under the direction of Laura Seltzer, a former IFC board member and documentary film maker, the IFC will coordinate a dynamic interreligious film series consisting of three evenings ofvprogramming. Each evening will feature a number of short films corresponding to a particular theme. The screenings will be accompanied by interfaith discussions and/or receptions. It is our hope that the films and discussions at the festival will stimulate dialogue and deepen understanding, thereby supporting the IFC’s mission of building a just community—this time through the wonderful medium of film. For more information including internship opportunities, contact Laura Seltzer.

There are many ways to be an essential part of our festival; from becoming the official festival sponsor, to sponsoring a film screening or reception, to donating goods and services such as catering or transportation. Donations to IFC are needed to support our vital work. All donations to IFC, a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

With your generous support, together we will launch what will become a long running annual film festival and bring the Interfaith Conference closer to achieving their goals and bettering the lives of our children and future generations that follow.
